At an operational level, Mark conducts investigatory work in human resource management, addressing key issues to optimize team performance. As a cattle veterinary referral specialist, Mark provides advice on cattle health, focusing on critical areas such as mastitis and milk quality challenges, lameness, calf health, and fertility. Mark’s services include dairy facility and calf shed design. Mark is an experienced facilitator developing and running customized training packages for farm teams, including both managers and employees, in a range of disciplines from leadership, communication, team culture and animal health.
