With over six years embedded in the vibrant community of Orange, NSW, I have cultivated a deep understanding of the unique challenges that regional businesses face, particularly in the dairy and agricultural industries. My background in human resources and organisational development spans over 30 years, and for 18 months, I led the HR function for a large dairy farm in NSW. This experience gave me firsthand insight into the labour, compliance, and workforce challenges that dairy businesses navigate daily.

I established Konnect HR Consulting to support privately owned, often family-run businesses in regional Australia that are at a turning point, growing rapidly and needing to formalise their people strategies. Many operate without a dedicated HR team, so I provide practical, tailored solutions to ensure they have the right foundations, culture, and leadership to scale successfully.
