PEOPLE PLACES THINGS FACES - As a former Senior Photographer and Photographic Editor for ACM based in Melbourne, Sally Alden was also a contributing photojournalist from Europe when based there. Clients include: Lexus, Mercedes Benz, R.M.Williams Outback Magazine, Australian Country Style, The Australian, The Guardian, Rural Press to name but a few.
After years traversing Australia and the globe as a photojournalist, Sally returned to the Liverpool Plains over a decade ago, where she lives with her young son - undertaking event, wedding, marketing, advertising, corporate, family & lifestyle photography/video/social media and word strategies & content creation for a wide range of clients.
Sally's skills are wide and varied - with her repeat clients using her for everything from social media content creation to strategy, idea inception, planning, production, post production & marketing to post event wrap for business, events, lobbying and more.
This national award-winning photojournalist, drone operator and videographer is also a qualified trainer, who teaches photography from her home studio.
As a former President of the Liverpool Plains Business Chamber and successful business operator, Sally not only has a nose for news and content, but a passion for small business as well as experience in the corporate, local & state government, NFP and social enterprise sectors.
With a flair for creative expression and a delight for capturing the emotion of daily life including through her highly successful social media project the ‘Liverpool Plains Front Steps’ project, Sally also encourages others to embrace the fine art of photography and soul quenching storytelling.
Having been awarded and judged several photographic art prizes, Sally is thrilled to volunteer her skills to encourage others to pursue their passion for photography.
Sally has held three solo exhibitions in Australia, contributed photography and drone footage & was part of the team to coordinate the inaugural Quirindi Silo Art projection - (the winner of 'The Best of The Best' for the 2024 Australian Street Art Awards) and continues to be inspired by the people & the breathtaking region she lives in.
